attentive service ideal location
i really appreciated the assistance from mr balaji and ms priya they resolved some initial issues we faced upon check-in. they provided consistent service and attentiveness throughout our stay. the hotel's location is ideal because it is close to many shopping options. our rooms were large and always super clean plus the breakfast buffet offered great value.

i enjoyed the large , spacious room and the toilet was clean. daily room clean up occurred. fruits and desserts were brought to the room daily. i saw real lily flowers along the corridors and lobbies.
i found some issues with customer service. i expected more assistance.

the breakfast was amazing. there were many options, including both indian and western choices, and they were all lovely. the room was spacious. i liked that fruits and desserts were brought to the room daily. i also enjoyed the real lily flowers along the corridors and lobbies.
i found that the quality of service has declined recently! it took a while to get some issues resolved, though the staff was responsive.
