The breakfast had excellent choices for vegetarians, something i really appreciated. staff members were friendly and nice too. I felt very welcome. the rooms are well-appointed and spacious. the bathrooms are spacious and feature great toiletries. The shower was huge
i noticed that sometimes, the staff was slow to lay out placemats during breakfast.

attentive serviceideal location
i really appreciated the assistance from mr balaji and ms priya they resolved some initial issues we faced upon check-in. they provided consistent service and attentiveness throughout our stay. the hotel's location is ideal because it is close to many shopping options. our rooms were large and always super clean plus the breakfast buffet offered great value.
during my visit, i noticed the dry cleaning quality did not meet my expectations i found it somewhat disappointing. i thought it should be much better.

i enjoyed the large , spacious room and the toilet was clean. daily room clean up occurred. fruits and desserts were brought to the room daily. i saw real lily flowers along the corridors and lobbies.
i found some issues with customer service. i expected more assistance.

i found that the quality of service has declined recently! it took a while to get some issues resolved, though the staff was responsive.

I found the staff to be very friendly. They asked for feedback daily. they acted on it when it was needed. breakfast offered a vast array of choices for every taste, with items freshly cooked to order. the room was very super clean and cozy.
The quality of service wasn't great. Housekeeping needed reminders for the room cleaning. i had to call the receptionist to send the housekeeping staff. i waited for them to clean it in front of me. I did this after a long day of working.
